Key Responsibilities:

  • Use customer-focused, needs-based conversations to educate clients about insurance options.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs.
  • Promote appropriate products and services to meet customer goals.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing targets.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to integrity and excellence.

Office Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements: No previous insurance experience is required. We seek enthusiastic individuals who are committed to learning and growing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Experience with setting and achieving marketing goals.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty License (must be obtained after hire).
  • Life & Health License (must be obtained after hire).
